Online ticket sales terms
Draft for legal review before the website opens. The Polish version is the binding one.
1. General provisions
- The seller of tickets is Marcin Baranowski, running a business under the name Marcin Baranowski, ul. 6 Marca 2, 76-032 Mielno, Poland, NIP 6692020067, REGON 331367023 (the Seller).
- Tickets are sold on https://morskiparkprzygodmielno.pl through an online booking system. We will give the system provider’s details before sales start.
- The Customer may be a consumer or a business. These terms set out the rules for buying admission tickets to the Morski Park Przygód Mielno park.
- Technical requirements: a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser and an e-mail address.
2. Order
- The Customer chooses the date and the number of tickets (adult and reduced), gives contact details and accepts the terms.
- Prices are in Polish zloty and include VAT. Current prices are shown when ordering (currently adult ticket PLN 70, reduced ticket PLN 50).
- A reduced ticket is available to children aged 3–12 (until their 13th birthday). Children aged 2 and under (until their 3rd birthday) enter free with a carer. The adult ticket covers anyone aged 13 or over, including parents and carers. The Seller may ask for proof of age at the entrance.
- The contract is concluded when the system confirms the order after payment.
3. Payment
Payments are handled by an external payment operator, which we will name before sales start. Payment methods are shown during the order. If payment is not made by the deadline shown by the system, the booking is cancelled.
4. Using the ticket
After the order is paid, the Customer receives the ticket by e-mail. The ticket is valid on the chosen day and covers entry to the park during opening hours (10:00–20:00), with no time limit on the stay that day. Show the ticket (printed or on a phone screen) at the entrance. What the ticket includes is set out in the price list on the website.
5. Changing the date and refunds
- Changing the date: free of charge once, at least 24 hours before the chosen date, on request by e-mail or phone. A ticket that has been bought is not refundable unless stated otherwise below.
- If the park is closed because of the weather or for other reasons on the Seller’s side, the Customer chooses a refund or a new date. A refund is made by the same payment method within 14 days. The park is half covered, so rain does not have to mean closure.
- A consumer has no right to withdraw from a distance contract for services related to leisure or entertainment events if the contract specifies a day or period of performance (Art. 38(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014).
6. Complaints
Complaints can be sent by e-mail to morskiparkprzygod@gmail.com or in writing to the Seller’s address. Please give the customer’s details, the order number and a description of the matter. We reply within 14 days. A consumer may use out-of-court dispute resolution, for example help from a county consumer ombudsman or the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
7. Personal data
How personal data is processed is described in the privacy policy.
8. Final provisions
Polish law applies to matters not covered here. A visit to the park is subject to the park rules. These terms apply from the day online ticket sales start on the website.
