Park rules
Draft for legal review before the website opens. The Polish version is the binding one.
1. General provisions
- The Morski Park Przygód Mielno park at ul. 6 Marca 2, 76-032 Mielno is run by Marcin Baranowski, NIP 6692020067, REGON 331367023 (the Operator).
- The park is intended for children aged about 2–10 and their parents or carers. Ages shown at attractions are a guide only.
- The park opens on 1 July 2027. Opening hours: 10:00–20:00. The Operator may change them, for example because of the weather or events. Current hours are on the website and at the entrance.
- Entering the park means accepting these rules. The rules are available at the ticket desk and on the website.
2. Entry and tickets
- Entry requires a valid ticket (bought online or at the ticket desk). Prices are in the price list on the website and at the desk.
- A ticket does not limit the time you spend in the park on the day of opening. There is also no limit on the number of people at the attractions, apart from limits resulting from safety and the instructions of a given attraction.
- The rules for buying tickets online, changing the date and refunds are in the online ticket sales terms.
- Children aged 2 and under (until their 3rd birthday) enter free with a carer. A reduced ticket is available to children aged 3–12 (until their 13th birthday). You may be asked to show proof of age at the entrance.
- A ticket gives one entry. If you leave the park, you need to buy a new ticket to come back in.
3. Looking after children
- A parent or carer is responsible for the child throughout the visit and supervises them. The park does not provide childcare.
- On bouncy castles and other attractions where children play together, the parent keeps an eye on the child at all times and makes sure they play safely and adapt their play to the age of other children.
- If a child gets lost, please tell staff straight away. Staff stay with the child at the ticket desk and call the parent. We hand a child over only to a parent or carer who can describe them.
4. Safety at the attractions
- Use the attractions according to the instructions, signs and staff directions. Age and height markings are a guide, and the parent decides whether the child is ready for a given activity.
- Do not run, push or climb on the attractions where this is not intended. Slide down and get off in a way that does not hinder others.
- Rules posted on the signs apply in the sand, water and ball zones. Socks are required on bouncy castles and in the ball pool, and shoes are left at the entrance to the attraction.
- Amber found in the sand attraction stays with the child as a souvenir.
- Staff may interrupt or close an attraction (for example because of the weather, a fault or safety). Please follow their directions.
5. Behaviour in the park
- People under the influence of alcohol or drugs may not enter the park, and alcohol may not be brought in or consumed. Smoking tobacco and e-cigarettes is not allowed.
- Dangerous items, glass and animals may not be brought in. Assistance dogs are an exception.
- Littering, damaging equipment and disturbing other people’s play are forbidden.
- Your own food and drinks may not be brought into the park. The exceptions are food and drink for babies and small children and health needs. The food area is being prepared.
- People who break the rules or endanger safety may be asked to leave the park without a refund of the ticket price.
6. Facilities
- The park has space for prams, a baby changing table and an accessible toilet.
- Found items are handed to staff at the ticket desk. We keep them for 30 days.
- The park area is covered by video monitoring to keep people and property safe. Details are in the privacy policy.
7. Liability
- The Operator is liable for damage as provided by law. The Operator is not liable for belongings left unattended, to the extent the law allows.
- A person (or their carer) who damages park equipment is responsible for repairing it.
- In case of an accident or feeling unwell, please tell staff. In a life-threatening situation call 112. First aid in the park is provided by a trained staff member, and a first-aid kit is kept at the ticket desk.
8. Complaints and contact
Comments and complaints can be made to staff, by e-mail to morskiparkprzygod@gmail.com or by phone: +48 886 987 959. We reply within 14 days.
9. Final provisions
The Operator may change the rules by publishing a new version on the website and at the ticket desk. Changes do not limit the rights of people who have already bought a ticket. Polish law applies to matters not covered here. The rules apply from 1 July 2027.
